I am Kate, I am 44. I am founder of True Bread Restaurant. I want to share my romantic story of love with sourdough bread: all started with Hate🙂 I was sure, that the BREAD is UNWEALTHY, that it is better not to eat BREAD if you want to be in a good shape. Once I lost more than 20 kg, I tried all diets: keto, vegan, and of course, No BREAD diet. I was always hungry, craving something sweet and... unhappy. 10 years ago I discovered for myself and for my family the unique bread useful for my stomach, giving me a lot of fiber. It was a sourdough bread. I learned myself to bake many kinds of sourdough bread, then I decided to offer this gastropleasure to other Dubai residents. Several months after my team and I, we started to produces bread, our clients requested to enlarge the list of our menu.
